Over 40 years of combined experience
Our support team is here to ensure things runs smoothly, so you can get on with other things.
Our modern and brand-new office was opened in response to demand from a long list of new and returning clients seeking our care. Our referrals come from a reputation for serving the deaf and hard-of-hearing community for decades, and our professional work as training clinicians at the University of British Columbia.
We can help renew your hearing clarity and get you there.
We don’t give up
We are prepared to go above and beyond and apply our expertise to treat your hearing loss using a range of state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment tools so that you can become your confident self again.
Personable
We are interested in you. We invest attention to getting to know you as a unique person, learning how we can improve your day-to-day life and accomplish what is important to you.
We take the time …
You will understand your options. Our appointments are a little longer than the industry standard on purpose. You get more answers, and our recommendations are explained clearly. Plus, hearing loss can be a red flag for other health factors, so we investigate signs of other conditions and make an appropriate referral for follow up.
Regular follow-up
We’re committed to sticking with you, and book regular follow-ups to continue to monitor your comfort, symptoms, and the quality of your hearing.
Clear and easy steps
Hearing loss is an emotional journey, and you may not feel yourself lately. Nearly every relationship and part of your life are affected. But you don’t have to journey alone.
What you can do:

Don’t settle for less than you deserve. Maybe the hearing aids you’ve already tried were disappointing. Or you’ve tried to get by with the frustrating challenges of your hearing and have delayed getting help. Or you’ve had a diagnosis by another audiologist.
We know that impaired hearing is affecting other important parts of your life – like your energy, your work, and your desire to make your usual plans – and we can help turn back the quality of your hearing to protect what is ahead.
You can feel like yourself again, and experience connections like you remember.
